from all around the world, in parts of Asia, Europe and the
Americas, for academy management, after intense study and
research of their standard management procedures and the
existing cultural requirements and necessities in India. The

Scientific/Medical
Analysis: •
DSP hospital takes responsibility in the treatment of the
players in case of injuries and (available on demand).
• Maintenance of Individual medical reports and their data
on a weekly basis.
• Consultation with Sports Medicine experts every fortnight.
• Consultation on basic data on physical metabolism and
growth rate.
• Physiotherapist attached with academy from 11 A.M to 3 PM,
daily.
• Individual Blood Groups, Hemoglobin, Chest, Height,
Weight, Pulse Beat, B.P checked and well maintained with
time.
• Provision of Steam Bath made available.

Monitoring
Growth: •
Proper maintenance of records of regular attendance of
players, checking their active participation and performance
in individual and group sessions.
• Noting down personal data such as: -
a. Basic Endurance (For e.g. Cross country run at Durgapur Barrage
area on Sand)
b. Basic Strength (Weight training)
c. Speed Endurance (Shuttle runs)
d. Strength Endurance (Circuit Training)
e. Speed Measurement (Short distance running)
f. Reaction speed training (Positional play through different
methodologies)

c. Coordination development

Impartment of Non-footballing
Education: •
Schooling at any of the selected DSP schools (optional) at
any medium of study.
• Engagement of tutors for English, Hindi and Maths.
• Batchwise computer training.

Physcological
Analysis & Development:
Discussing,
observing and noting down specific psychological data of
individual players that includes attitude, learning
capacity, psychological creativity, determination and
commitment, presence of mind and power of inception along
with a measure of killer instinct approach
